The domain name www.accurateampere.in (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is owned by Accurate Ampere, with its office at KHUSHNUMA BLDG Mithanagar Sno42 Kondhwa Pune- 411048
1. Intended use
All purchases made on this website are intended for use by the buyer or their company and association.
2. Warranties
Accurate Ampere deal in original batteries supplied directly by manufacturers or their distributors / agents. These are lithium batteries and are not warranted and as such, warranty shall not be provided on any battery.
3. Limitation of liability
Accurate Ampere are wholesalers and distributors of batteries. The quality of the batteries is checked and certified by the respective manufacturers. At no time will Accurate Ampere be responsible for the quality of the battery, including, if the battery does not adhere to the specifications and quality norms purported by the manufacturer.
Furthermore, we as a distributor shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit.
4. Intellectual Property
The brands, names and trademarks of all batteries are owned by the respective manufacturers. All battery photographs, specifications, compatibility and other battery information on the website is the exclusive property of Accurate Ampere. These may not be copied or reproduced without the express written approval of Accurate Ampere.
5. Errors
While every attempt has been made to accurately depict the specifications and photographs of the batteries, errors may inadvertently creep in. Accurate Ampere will not be responsible in case there is any inaccuracy in the image, the details of a battery or its compatibility. In any case the maximum liability will be limited to processing a replacement of the said battery. There may also be pricing errors which are unintentional in nature; Accurate Ampere reserve the right to not honor any such orders received.
