1. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. All personal information collected will be retained by Accurate Ampere to enable us to serve you better. This information will not be shared with 3rd parties, unless required by law.
Our website may contain links to other websites. We do not take responsibility for their privacy policy.
Please note that we do not retain your payment details for security reasons. You will be required to input payment details afresh, each time you wish to make a purchase.
2. Shipping and delivery Policy
All order are accepted on door delivery terms, to the address provided. A delivery charge may be applicable for certain orders and this will be included in the total amount charged to the customer. Shipping will be Initiated with in 24 hours for the Confirmed Order. The delivery time as 2-4 business days (in areas where standard courier service is available) for other areas it may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
If the delivery of an order is not accepted by the customer for any reason, Accurate Ampere will return the battery to the warehouse. Should the customer choose to have delivery re-attempted, this will be facilitated against payment of an additional delivery charge of Rs. 300/-.
3. Cancellation Policy
If a customer chooses to cancel an order before it is delivered; they may do so by e-mail accurateampere@outlook.com or by calling on +91- 9637869325. Orders thus cancelled will be eligible for a complete refund less a cancellation fee of 10%. Orders once delivered will not be eligible for cancellation. After delivery, customers may avail of our returns or replacements policies detailed below.
4. Returns & Refund Policy
If a customer chooses to return a battery for any reason, they may do so within 7 day from date of purchase, for a complete refund. Please note that two-way freight charge, subject to a min. of Rs. 400/-, will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Replacement Policy
If a customer chooses to return a battery for a replacement with another product of similar or higher value (say, for reasons of compatibility), they may do so within a 7 day period. In such cases, freight charge, subject to a min. of Rs. 200/-, will be levied.
6. Warranty Policy
Please note that Accurate Ampere deal exclusively in original / genuine batteries, which are procured directly from the manufacturer or their distributors / wholesalers. But these batteries are lithium batteries and therefore have no warranty or guarantee on them
